VBS EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Policy

Vision Builder & Supplier (VBS) allows product exchanges only under valid, verified, and approved conditions.

  • All exchange requests are subject to VBS review and approval

  • Exchanges are processed only through the official VBS platform

  • Direct arrangements between users are strictly prohibited


2. Eligible Cases for Exchange

An exchange request may be approved in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong product, size, or specification)

  • Damaged materials upon delivery

  • Quality not matching agreed specifications or approved standards

  • Manufacturing defects (where applicable)

⚠️ All claims must be supported with valid evidence.


3. Non-Eligible Cases (Important)

Exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect order placed by the client

  • Minor variations within acceptable industry tolerance

  • Materials already used, installed, or altered

  • Custom-made or special-order items


4. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging (if applicable) must be intact

  • Request must be submitted within 3–5 working days of delivery

  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos/documents) is required

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.


5. Exchange Process

The exchange process is strictly managed by VBS:

  1. Request Submission
    Client submits exchange request through VBS with proof

  2. Verification
    VBS reviews the complaint and may request additional evidence

  3. Approval Decision
    If approved, VBS instructs the dealer/supplier

  4. Replacement
    Supplier provides replacement within an agreed timeframe

  5. Closure
    Case is closed after successful delivery and confirmation


6. Logistics & Cost Responsibility

  • If the issue is caused by the supplier/dealer → supplier bears all costs

  • If caused by the client (in rare approved cases) → client may bear logistics costs

  • VBS may decide cost responsibility based on investigation


7. Inspection Rights

VBS reserves the right to:

  • Inspect returned materials

  • Request third-party verification (if needed)

  • Reject claims if evidence is insufficient or misleading


8. Abuse & Misuse of Policy

  • False or misleading exchange requests may result in:

    • Request rejection

    • Account warnings or penalties

    • Suspension from the platform


9. Platform Authority

  • All exchange decisions are subject to VBS final approval

  • VBS reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify exchange requests based on policy and evidence
