Vision Builder & Supplier (VBS) is a digital platform that connects clients, engineers, contractors, and material suppliers for construction-related services and products.
By using VBS, all users agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan
Use the platform in good faith
VBS reserves the right to:
Verify user information
Approve or reject registrations
Suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion
VBS acts as a controlled intermediary platform, not just a listing marketplace.
All transactions, communications, and project assignments must occur through VBS
Direct dealings outside the platform are strictly prohibited
VBS reserves the right to manage pricing, assignments, and approvals
All professionals registered on VBS must:
Provide verified credentials and experience
Perform work according to industry standards in Pakistan
Meet agreed timelines and project requirements
Important:
Professionals are independent service providers, but must operate under VBS policies
Any negligence, misconduct, or substandard work may result in penalties, suspension, or removal
All suppliers must:
Provide genuine, quality-assured materials
Deliver according to agreed specifications and timelines
Maintain transparent pricing within the VBS system
In case of issues:
Suppliers must offer replacement, correction, or refund where applicable
Misrepresentation or supply of defective materials may lead to permanent removal
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project requirements
Cooperate during project execution
Make payments on time as per agreed terms
Clients must not:
Engage in off-platform deals
Delay work unnecessarily without valid reason
All payments must be made through the VBS platform only
Advance payments may be required before project initiation
VBS may hold payments for verification, dispute resolution, or milestone completion
Late payments may result in:
Service suspension
Project delays
Additional charges
All timelines will be agreed before project initiation
Responsibility for delays:
Supplier / Professional → if caused by them
Client → if due to site readiness or changes
VBS may intervene to manage or resolve delays.
Clients may submit complaints with valid evidence
VBS will review and investigate fairly
Possible outcomes:
Replacement of materials
Partial or full refund
Penalties on responsible party
Suspension from platform
Refunds apply only to verified and approved complaints
Custom orders and completed work are non-refundable unless proven defective
Refund processing time: 7–14 working days
Clients may cancel before project commencement
Cancellation after work begins may incur charges
If professionals or suppliers cancel without valid reason:
Penalties will apply
Account may be suspended
All vendors must submit valid documentation, including:
CNIC / Passport
Business registration (SECP / NTN)
Relevant licenses (if applicable)
VBS reserves the right to:
Verify documents
Request additional information
Reject or suspend vendors at any time
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Conducting direct deals outside VBS
Providing false or misleading information
Misusing platform data or contacts
Engaging in fraud, abuse, or unethical practices
Violation may result in:
Immediate suspension
Permanent ban
Legal action
VBS acts as an intermediary platform facilitating connections and transactions
VBS does not directly manufacture materials or perform construction work
However:
VBS provides monitoring, verification, and dispute resolution support
Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Pakistani law
All disputes must first be reported to VBS
VBS will act as a mediator to resolve issues
If unresolved:
Matters may be escalated under applicable laws of Pakistan
